Team Bolivia 2000 members Allan Baer, Hal Peacock and Boris Urquiza went to Porvenir by plane on Thursday to begin the community informatics process. They plan to continue their work in Porvenir while the solar panels, satellite antenna and computers are liberated from customs and brought to Porvenir overland by truck.
